Full Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Period

The EVEREADY® X Harry Kane Campaign Contest commences at 12:00am on 01 Apr 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 21 Jun 2026 ("Contest Period"). ELITEZ (FMCG) PTE LTD ("Promoter") reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to all residents of Singapore above 18 years of age (as at 01 Apr 2026) except the employees and immediate families of the Promoter, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies.

3. How to Participate

To participate in the contest:

• a. Participants must purchase any EVEREADY® products at any participating outlets within the Contest Period. Every purchase entitles the participant to one (1) contest entry.
• b. Complete contest form with personal details and all mandatory fields.
• c. Attach original receipt(s) dated within Contest Period as proof of purchase.
• d. Submit the entry via the microsite (https://evr-sg.com/) by 21 Jun 2026.
• e. Photocopies of contest forms are permitted. The participant may send in three (3) entries max but each entry must be accompanied by the required Proof of Purchase.
• f. Proof of postage of the entry is not proof of receipt. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or sent to the wrong address.
• g. Entries sent via courier service, express delivery, registered delivery and/or other means of delivery than the one prescribed shall be automatically disqualified.
• h. The Promoter reserves the rights to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, disfigured and late entries or entries without the right proof of purchase.

4. Selection of Winners

A total of 81 winners will be selected via a randomised prize draw:

• a. The eligible winners will be determined by a randomised prize draw from the total qualified entries received during Contest Period.
• b. The draw will be conducted by the local authority (if required) along with the Promoter on 29 Jun 2026.
• c. A total of 81 winners will be selected randomly and each winner is eligible to win up to one (1) prize.
• d. Winners will be notified through the registered email after the draw. Winner must respond via EMAIL with the following details within 30 days of notification:
  • i. Complete name
  • ii. Mobile number
  • iii. Copy of Official Receipt
• e. Failure to respond will invalidate the win per approval of EVEREADY®.
• f. Once verified, winners will receive a confirmatory message via the registered email with prize collection or redemption details.
• g. The winners will be contacted by email and phone within seven (7) days of the prize draw. Upon the Promoter's attempt to notify the potential winner, he or she must reply to the email and confirm his or her acceptance of winning within fourteen (14) days. Otherwise, the potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her winning and Promoter reserves the right to select the next eligible winner.
• h. The Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. There are no alternatives to the Prizes offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
• i. The Promotion is administered and run by the Promoter and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Harry Kane or HK28 Ltd. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that Harry Kane or HK28 Ltd shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Promotion. Harry Kane MBE's name, likeness and image are owned and controlled by HK28 Ltd. All rights reserved. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to these entities. The entities are not responsible for any element of this Promotion.

5. Contest Prizes

EVEREADY® X Harry Kane Campaign 2026 Contest Prizes:

• • Grand Prize x 1: PS5 Pro + FC26 Bundle (worth S$1,139.00)
• • Consolation Prizes x 30: Exclusive watch party invite for 4 (worth S$280 each)
• • Consolation Prizes x 50: Eveready Football kit inclusive of Duffel Bag, Sports Towel & Soccer ball (worth S$100 each)

• b. Each participant is allowed to win one (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.
• c. All prizes must be claimed at winners' own expense within 30 days after the date of notification of winnings. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Promoter 31 days after the date of notification of winnings.
• d. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis.
• e. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.

6. Prize Entitlement

Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

7. Third Party Prizes

If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

8. Validation of Entries

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter's decision will be final.

10. Tax Implications

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

11. Prize Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.

12. Liability

Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this contest.

13. Personal Data & Publicity

By participating in this contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Promoter reserves the right to publish, use the Finalists' names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Promoter.

14. Data Privacy

The Promoter collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Promoter and is used to fulfil the participant's request(s). By submitting the participant's personal information, the Promoter deems that permission is given to the Promoter and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Promoter via www.facebook.com/eveready that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Promoter will respect the participant's request. The participant's information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.

15. Binding Terms

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms, Conditions, and decisions of the Promoter.

16. Amendments

The Promoter reserves the rights to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.

17. Final Decision

Promoter's decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Promoter will not be entertained.

18. Waiver of Claims

The participant expressly agrees to irrevocably waive and release the Promoter from any loss or damages which the participant may suffer or incur as a result of any actions or omissions by the Promoter or in relation or pursuant to the participant's participation.

19. Indemnification

The participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Promoter, its affiliates, and each of its and their respective directors, shareholders, employees, partners, agents, contractors, suppliers and representatives harmless against all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses or costs that arise from or in connection with the participant's participation.

20. Governing Law

These terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant further agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. In the event of any dispute arising hereunder, such dispute shall be resolved by any court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.

21. User Content License

The participant expressly grants to the Promoter a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute any material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that the participant submits, for whatever purposes ("User Content") in any manner as the Promoter shall deem fit. The participant is fully and solely responsible for any and all content submitted to the Promoter and the participant shall be liable for any harm or damage caused by such content. The participant further agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter from and against all actions, suits, claims or demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, costs (including legal cost), charges and expenses whatsoever to which the Promoter shall or may be or become liable in respect of any content submitted.
